Lightning Hydrovac Ltd. was founded in 2004 by two farm-raised brothers, the Kenyon brothers, who grew up in the Lone Rock area of Saskatchewan. Motivated by a desire to start their own small business and serve the needs of their local community, they had their first hydrovac truck built and began operations in Lloydminster, AB/SK and surrounding area.
From its modest beginnings, Lightning Hydrovac has steadily diversified its services. What started as a single-truck operation has evolved into a company recognized for its hydrovac and oilfield maintenance services, and now also features horizontal directional drills among its equipment. This diversification has enabled Lightning Hydrovac to extend its reach, handling a broad range of excavation and underground utility projects across Western Canada.
Throughout its growth, Lightning Hydrovac has maintained its commitment to loyalty and reliability.
